Terms of Service
Eligibility and Payment
Coaching services are available to clients worldwide. All major payment methods supported by Kajabi are accepted.
Refund Policy
All sessions must be booked in advance via the online scheduling tool. Payments are processed securely through the platform’s payment provider. All sales are final. No refunds will be given.
If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or no-show sessions will not be refunded or credited unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Session Recording and Use
All coaching sessions may be recorded for the benefit of the client and for internal use by Street Epistemology International (SEI). Any use of client content for external publication, such as a podcast or YouTube, requires your explicit consent, which you can provide via your intake form. You may also withdraw this consent at the end of any session, provided the session has not yet been published.
Clients agree not to use, share, or distribute recordings of any coaching sessions without the express consent of all parties included in the recording.
Minor Participation
Coaching services are available to adults 18 and older. Minors may participate only with the written consent or active supervision of a parent or legal guardian. All participants must be capable of providing informed consent.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, you acknowledge that coaching is a voluntary, educational experience. You accept full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken as a result of your coaching session. Neither Nathan Ferguson nor SEI shall be liable for any loss, damage, or perceived harm resulting from coaching conversations.
Code of Conduct
Street Epistemology coaching is a space for open, honest reflection. Clients are encouraged to express themselves authentically, especially when preparing for difficult or emotionally charged conversations they may have in the real world. This includes being able to speak candidly about the beliefs, biases, or experiences they are wrestling with—even when those involve harmful or controversial topics.
Clients are expected to engage in good faith, with a willingness to examine their reasoning. Personal attacks directed at the coach or others involved in the session are not permitted.
This space is designed to be supportive, not sanitized—where difficult truths can be explored without shame, and harmful ideas can be addressed with clarity and care.
Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, including but not limited to curricula, exercises, session notes, and other resources, are the exclusive intellectual property of Nathan Ferguson and/or Street Epistemology International (SEI). You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or derive commercial benefit from these materials without explicit written permission. All rights are reserved.
Consequences of TOS Violations
Failure to comply with these Terms of Service may result in the early termination of the coaching relationship. This decision will be made at the discretion of the coach and Street Epistemology International (SEI), with consideration for the nature and severity of the violation. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued for any unused coaching sessions, based on SEI's internal policies and evaluation. Clients will be notified of the termination and any refund decisions via email. Repeated or egregious violations may result in permanent ineligibility for future coaching services.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on the coaching site. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
